The site offers 15 SDA apartments including both one and two-bedroom. Support workers are rostered 24/7 at the site to ensure round the clock care. All apartments are classified as SDA design category ‘high physical support’ and achieve platinum level certification under liveable housing design guidelines.

The development offers outstanding common spaces including a rooftop terrace and communal vegetable garden. Apartments boast a private and generously sized balcony, large bathroom and bedroom, and an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. There is secured undercover parking available. Residents will be moving into a sustainably conscious, innovative and carbon positive project and be a part of a socially progressive community.

In order to be eligible participants require SDA approval for one – or two-bedroom apartments with one resident.
